FELSZÓLÍTÁS  HELYREIGAZÍTÁSRA

Az Apostoli Magyar Királyság Korona Tanácsa és a Szent Korona Bank felszólítja a Magyar Nemzeti Bank elnökét 2014. február 6-ai nyilatkozatának helyreigazítására, mert az kimeríti a hitelrontás tényét. A Magyar Nemzeti Bank nyilatkozata, melyben arra hivatkozik, hogy Magyarország, vagyis a magyar köztársaság közhiteles nyilvántartásaiban, illetve a céginformációs rendszerben az Apostoli Magyar Királyság jegybankja nem szerepel, eltér a valóságtól, ugyanis a Magyar Nemzeti Bank honlapján a Szent Korona Bank megtalálható. Tudvalevő, hogy a Magyar Nemzeti Bank nem szerepel a köztársaság közhiteles nyilvántartásaiban, ezért jogtalanul merül fel annak igénye, hogy az Apostoli Magyar Királyság jegybankjának szerepelnie kéne. Amennyiben egy bank létezésének alapja a nyilvántartásokban való szereplés, akkor ezen az alapon az MNB sem egy létező bank. (MNB törvény 5.§ (2) Az MNB cégnevét a cégjegyzékbe nem kell bejegyezni.)

A Szent Korona Bank az Apostoli Magyar Királyság jegybankja, a Szent Korona tulajdona. E minőségében az MNB felett áll, bejegyzési kötelezettsége nincs. Közismert, hogy az Európai Unió Központi Bankja és az Amerikai Egyesült Államok jegybankja (FED) sem szerepel egyetlen közhiteles nyilvántartásban sem, mégis hitelesnek fogadja el azokat az egész világ.

Az 1996. évi CXII. tv. 1. sz. melléklete szerint a fent említett két intézmény (más külföldi pénzügyi intézményekkel együtt) a magyarországi hitelintézeti törvényen kívül áll. Számos ország pénzügyi szervezete sincs bejegyezve a magyar köztársaságban, mégis végez ott pénzügyi tevékenységet, a saját pénznemében. Az Apostoli Magyar Királyság is egy ilyen ország, mely a magyar forinttól eltérő, saját devizájában, a szentkoronában (STK) folytatja pénzügyi szolgáltatásait.

A nyilatkozat azon állítása, hogy a Szent Korona Bank névhasználata és tevékenysége megtévesztő, helyreigazításra szorul, mert az a köztársasági bankrendszer egyes szereplői által a magyar embereknek törvényellenesen okozott károk enyhítését szolgálja, hiszen saját devizájában biztosítja számukra az emberi élet feltételeihez szükséges alapot, jegybankján, a Szent Korona Bankon keresztül.

Felszólítjuk a Magyar Nemzeti Bank elnökét jelen helyreigazító levelünk közzétételére, a hiteles tájékoztatás érdekében!

The Hungarian Apostolic Monarchy Crown Committee’s

COMMUNICATION

CALL FOR CORRECTION

The Hungarian Apostolic Monarchy Crown Committee and the Sacred Crown Bank is hereby calling the chairman of the Hungarian National Bank to correct his statement of 6 February 2014 because it is deemed as defamation. The declaration by the Hungarian National Bank does not reflect real facts in stating that in the public registers and in the company registry system of Hungary, i.e. the Hungarian republic the Hungarian Apostolic Monarchy’s bank of issue is not included, since the Sacred Crown Bank can actually be found on the website of the Hungarian National Bank. It is known that the Hungarian National Bank is not included in the public registers of the republic and thus the demand to include the Hungarian Apostolic Monarchy’s bank of issue arises unjustified. In case the foundation of a central bank’s existence is inclusion in registers, the Hungarian National Bank is not an existing bank either, based on this. (Hungarian National Bank Act § 5 (2) The company name of the Hungarian National Bank needs no registration in the company registry.)

The Sacred Crown Bank is the bank of issue of the Hungarian Apostolic Monarchy and the property of the Sacred Crown. In this attribute the bank stands above the Hungarian National Bank and has no obligation of registry. It is well-known that the Central Bank of the European Union and the central bank of the United States of America (FED) are not included in any public register either and these are approved as authentic by the entire world, however.

Under Attachment 1 to Act CXII of 1996 the two institutions mentioned above (together with other foreign financial institutions) are not covered by the Hungarian credit institution act. Several countries’ financial organisations are not registered in the Hungarian republic and despite that they carry out financial activities there in their own currencies. The Hungarian Apostolic Monarchy is one of such, carrying out their financial services in their own currency, the sacred corona (STK), which is different from the Hungarian forint.

The allegation of the declaration stating the usage of the name and the activity by the Sacred Crown Bank needs correction because it serves to mitigate the losses caused illegally to the Hungarian people by the republican bank system as it provides them with the basics necessary for the preconditions of human life in their own currency via the Sacred Crown Bank.

We are hereby calling the chairman of the Hungarian National Bank to publish this letter of correction of ours for the sake of authentic information!

COMUNICADO del Consejo de la Corona del Reino Apostólico de Hungría

SOLICITUD PARA RECTIFICACIÓN

El Consejo de la Corona del Reino Apostólico de Hungría y el Banco de la Santa Corona intima al Presidente del Banco Nacional de Hungría (BNH) a rectificar de su declaración del día 6 de febrero de 2014, como ese agota el hecho de la difamación. La declaración del Banco Nacional de Hungría es diferente a la realidad, la que apela al hecho de que el Banco Central del Reino Apostólico de Hungría no está inscrito en los registros públicos y en el sistema de información de las empresas de la República de Hungría, pues el Banco de la Santa Corona se encuentra en la página web del Banco Nacional de Hungría.(https://felugyelet.mnb.hu/hirek/14_02_06-Szent_Korona_Bank.html)

Se sabe que el Banco Nacional de Hungría queda excluido de los registros públicos de la República de Hungría, por lo tanto se plantea indebidamente la exigéncia de que el Banco Central del Reino Apostólico de Hungría debería estar incluido en ello. Si la existencia de un banco se basa en el hecho de las apariciones en los registros públicos, en esta base, entonces, el Banco Nacional de Hungría no es un banco existente. (Ley del Banco Nacional § 5 (2) La denominación social BNH no tiene que ser inscrita en el registro mercantil.)

El Banco de la Santa Corona es el Banco Central del Reino Apostólico de Hungría, es propiedad de la Santa Corona. En esta cualidad, ese Banco Central excede el Banco Nacional de Hungría y no tiene obligaciones de registro. Es bien sabido que el Banco Central Europeo (ECB) y el Banco Central de los Estados Unidos de América (FED) no están incluido en ningún registro público, sin embargo el mundo entero les acepta como instituciones auténticas.

Según el anexo de la Ley CXII. del año 1996, las dos instituciones mencionadas anteriormente, (junto con otras instituciones financieras del exterior), están excluidos de la Ley de Bancos de Hungría. Instituciónes financieras de muchos países no están registradas en la República de Hungría, a pesar de eso, ellas efectuan actividades financieras en Hungría, en su propia moneda.

El Reino Apostólico de Hungría es un país, cómo aquellos, que efectúa sus servicios financieros en el territorio de Hungría, en su propia moneda, la Santa Corona (STK).

La afirmación de la declaración que la denominación social y las actividades del Banco de la Santa Corona fueran engañosas, requiere rectificación, pues ellas sirven para mitigar los daños del pueblo húngaro, ilegalmente causados por parte de algunos actores del sistema bancario de la República Húngara, proporcionandolo el fondo necesario para las condiciones de vida por medio del Banco Central del Reino Apostólico de Hungría.

El Consejo de la Corona del Reino Apostólico de Hungría intima al Presidente del Banco Nacional de Hungría a insertar esta carta de rectificación, garantizando la autenticidad de la información!

INDICATION du Conseil de la Couronne du Royaume apostolique de Hongrie

DEMANDE DE CORRECTION

Le Conseil de la Couronne du Royaume apostolique de Hongrie et la Banque de la Sainte Couronne intime le président de la Banque nationale de Hongrie (BNH) de rectifier sa déclaration du 6 Février 2014 que ce épuise le fait de la diffamation. La déclaration de la Banque nationale, que la Banque centrale du Royaume apostolique de Hongrie n'est pas inscrit dans les registres publics et le système d'information des entreprises de la République de Hongrie, est différente de la réalité, comme la Banque de la Sainte Couronne est sur ​​le site Web de la Banque nationale de Hongrie. Il est connu que la Banque nationale de Hongrie est exclue des registres publics de la République de Hongrie, d'où suit que la nécessité que la Banque centrale du Royaume apostolique de Hongrie devrait être y inclus, present injustement. Si l'existence d'une banque est basée sur ses occurrences dans les documents publics, dans cette base, alors, la Banque nationale de Hongrie n'est pas une banque existante. La Banque de la Sainte Couronne, comme la Banque centrale du Royaume apostolique de Hongrie, est la propriété de la Sainte Couronne. En cette raison, la Banque centrale est au-dessus de la Banque nationale de Hongrie et elle n'y a pas d’ obligation d'inscription. Il est bien connu que la Banque centrale européenne (BCE) et la Banque centrale des États-Unis d'Amérique (FED) ne sont pas inclus dans aucun document public, cependant le monde entier les accepte comme des institutions véritables.

Selon l'annexe de la Loi CXII. 1996, les deux institutions mentionnées ci-dessus (ainsi que d'autres institutions financières étrangères) sont exclus de la loi bancaire de Hongrie. Les institutions financiers de nombreux pays ne sont pas enregistrés dans la République de Hongrie, cependant elles effectuent des activités financières en Hongrie, dans sa propre monnaie.

Le Royaume apostolique de Hongrie est un pays, et sa Banque Central fournir des services financiers - comment ceux institutions étrangères, qui font également des services financiers - sur le territoire de la Hongrie, dans sa propre monnaie, la Sainte Couronne (STK).

L'affirmation de la declaration, que le nom de société et les activités de la Banque de la Sainte Couronne étaient trompeuses, nécessite une modification, car ils servent à atténuer les dommages causé illégalement par certains acteurs du système bancaire au peuple hongrois, leur fournissant, par la Banque centrale du Royaume apostolique de Hongrie, les bases nécessaires pour obtenir les conditions de vie.

Le Conseil de la Couronne du Royaume apostolique de Hongrie intime le président de la Banque nationale de Hongrie pour ajouter cette carte de rectification à sa déclaration, garantissant l'authenticité de l'information!

Ходатайства об исправлении

Корона Совет Апостольской Королевства Венгрии и Банк Святой короны призыва́ет президентa Национального банка Венгрии (HБB), чтобы исправить свое заявление 6-ого февраля 2014, так как это истощает диффамации. Заявление Национального банка, что Центральный банк (ЦБ) Апостольской Королевства Венгрии не зарегистрирован в государственных архивах и в информационных бизнес системах Республики Венгрии, отличается от действительности, так как Банк Святой короны находится на веб-сайте Национального банка Венгрии.

Известно, что Национальный банк Венгрии исключается из государственных реестров Республики Венгрии, аналогично, потребность того, что ЦБ Апостольской Королевства Венгрии должeн быть включенo в них - является нe справедливо. Если основo существования банка появляется в публичных документах, то Национальный банк Венгрии - не существующий банк. (Закон Национальный банк § 5 (2) Название BNH не должнo быть введенo в коммерческий регистр.)

Банк Святой короны, как ЦБ Апостольской Королевства Венгрии, является собственностью Святой короны. В этой причине, этот центральный банк находится над Национального банка Венгрии и не требовуется регистр ировать. Хорошо известно, что Европейский центральный банк (ЕЦБ) и Центральный банк Соединенных Штатов Америки (FED) не включены в некаких общественных документaх, однако мир принимает их как подлинныe институты.

Согласно приложению к Закона CXII. 1996 две упомянутые выше институты (вместе с другим иностранным финансовым учреждениям), исключаются из банковского права в Венгрии. Финансовые учреждения во многих странах, не отражаются в Венгерской Республики, тем не менее они участвуют в финансовой деятельности в Венгрии, в своей собственной валюте.

Апостольск ое Королевство Венгрии является страной, и свой Центральный Банк предоставляет финансовые услуги - как выше упомянутые иностранные учреждения, которые также предоставляют финансовые услуги - на территории Венгрии, в своей собственной валюте, в Святой Короны (СТК).

Утверждение декларации президентa Национального банка Венгрии, чтобы название и операции Банка Святой короны были заблуждение, требует модификации, потому что они служат для смягчения ущерба, незаконно вынесено по некоторым игрокам банковской системы к венгерскому народу, обеспечивая им - через его Центральнoго банкa - основы, необходимыe для условий жизни.

Cerere de rectificare 

Consiliul de Coroanã al Monarhiei Apostolice Maghiare ºi Banca Sfintei Coroane maghiare face apel la preºedintele Bãncii Naþionale pentru a-ºi modifica declaraþia din 6 februarie 2014, deoarece aceasta este consideratã calomnie. Declaraþia Bãncii Naþionale Maghiare nu reflectã adevãrul, deoarece în registrele publice, respectiv în sistemul informatic al Republicii Ungare, banca emitentã a Monarhiei Apostolice Maghiare nu este inclusã, deºi Banca Sfintei Coroane poate fi efectiv gãsitã pe paginã web a Bãncii Naþionale Maghiare. .
